Shipping policy
Hours of Operation:
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, except major holidays.
Order Processing:
Most orders take 1-2 business days before a shipping label is created.
Processing may take up to 7 days during new releases, restocks, and holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed during the next business day.
As we make all our dips by hand in small batches, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we process your order.
Shipping Speeds + Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the total weight of your order and shipping address.
Please keep in mind that shipping times are determined once an order has been fulfilled and handed over to the postal carrier, not at the time the order is placed.
Domestic Shipping:
- We ship via USPS to all 50 states, as well as all U.S. Armed Forces locations.
- First Class Shipping is only offered all orders under sixteen ounces (1lb)
*Per USPS, anything over sixteen ounces must be shipped via Priority Mail.* - Packages shipped via First Class Mail do not come with insurance and are not eligible for a refund if deemed lost.
- We are not responsible if your package is marked delivered and is stolen, you must file a claim directly with USPS.
- All missing mail claims must be filed directly through USPS and are only eligible for refunds on packages with insurance (Priority Mail)
International Shipping:
We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, Mexico, and many European locations.
Please allow up to 60 days for your package to be delivered. If it hasn’t arrived after 60 days of shipping (excluding processing times), please contact us at info@soldips.com.
*International shipments can be subject to duties and taxes depending on the destination country. Sol Dips is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred on your package.
