Step 4 

 

Instructions:  Apply your first layer of Dip Top, make sure the first layer is thin. Let it dry for 60 seconds and repeat for a 2nd layer, this time go for a thick layer of dip top. Let dry fully for 3 minutes and moisturize your cuticles with cuticle oil.
